One non-runners dream to get off her butt and train for a 5k. I am doing this for me: for stress management, my health, and this nagging thought in the back of my mind that I should conquer my fear of running in front of other people because I run on my toes. And, I want to buy cute clothes, and cute clothes mean I need to get in shape. And, I want to be able to keep up with my kids...... I could list many more reasons, these seem to be a good enough place to start.
